Delivery

We offer a standard home delivery service by courier. Deliveries are made within our courier’s standard operating hours Monday to Friday. No deliveries are made on weekends or Public Holidays.

We aim to deliver within 7-10 working days from receiving your order. Orders placed on Friday or over the weekend will be processed the following Monday, with the 7-10 working days delivery coming in to effect then.

Returns

If you’d like to return your unopened and unused purchase and receive a full refund, you may do so within 7 days of receiving your order. Returns are to be made at your expense and couriered to our showroom.

Only items that are returned with the safety seal unbroken and with no evidence of having been opened or used within the required time frame and in a re-saleable condition will be refunded.
